According to the new year resolutions I have made for myself, I will start blogging to dish out my opinion on laws and cases related to my legal practice. I am a criminal defense attorney by profession and I think it is important for me to increase my exposure and take my practice to a new level in year 2009.

My Brother is helping me out with the technical aspects of this blog. I intend to help other and possibly provide legal aid and advice as an extension to my legal practice. I can spare a few hours a week to keep this blog up to date.

So, If anyone is reading this, be witness to the fact that I have put my first step into blogging and i pledge to make this blog, my little contribution, a place of honest and just opinion on laws and ways of different states and courts.

Do come back here, whenever you have time. I will try to keep you well informed and amused with this blog.
