During my practice as a dui lawyer ,i have many teenage got arrested for dui and many are die due to dui/dwi i reach to conclusion that there are lot of reasons for teens such acts but parents negligence from their teens is one of the prime reason. I have collected bellow some tips for parents to help them protect their kids from arrest under dui/dwi related charges.

Avoid dui

1. When they have been drinking, they should not drive.
2. They should not  drink at all since underage.
3. drinking is illegal and could cause them to lose their license.
4. Do not give them access to a motor vehicle to drive while they are drunken.
5. Must send your teen for alcohol education.
6. Your teen must aware off Underage DUI penalties.
