« Woman Charged With DUI In Crash
It has been reported that a 19-year-old Cary woman was charged with aggravated driving, under the influence with reference to a crash that caused injuries to her and two of her passengers.

According to McHenry County sheriff’s police, Kaylee Smith, of 6 Lakewood Drive, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence. The car crash happened on Thursday, in the 7800 block of Barnard Mill Road at 5:53 a.m.
The police said that Smith was traveling north in a 1999 Dodge Durango when the truck left the road, hit a culvert, and launched into a utility pole before rolling into a field.
The investigation led to three other minors being charged with underage drinking: Lukas A. Ruckoldt, 19, of 10115 Meadow Lane, Hebron; Allison B. Levin, 19, of 3517 Oak Leaf Lane, Crystal Lake; and a 17-year-old minor.
Smith and two other passengers were taken to Centegra Hospital – McHenry for treatment, whereas Ruckoldt refused any medical attention at the scene, as told by the police.
The police that Smith and Ruckoldt both were wearing seat belts, they are not certain whether the other passengers wore seat belts or not.
