5- According to another estimate by the National Highway Traffic Safety administration, 23% of teenage drivers in road accidents showed high blood alcohol level of 0.08.
6- Teenage drunk driving is not only alarming for people lives but also for national economy. According to a 2002 CDC report, the loss of about 40 billion dollars is estimated due to car accidents by teenagers.
Consuming alcohol and driving in the same state is absolutely illegal but nobody is paying heed to this reality.
