- On Thanksgiving Day a State Police road check on East Main Street in the Town of Wallkill has conducted six DWI arrests for impaired driving.
4 People arrested for DWI
For driving while intoxicated four people were arrested.
These arrested people includes Connie Montez, 21, of Middletown; Matthew Gray, 23, of Middletown; Daniel Marrione, 21, of Warwick; and Jeffrey Chubay, 38, of Goshen.
2 People were arrested for DWAI
Those who were arrested for driving while ability impaired were Lancellot Givans, 26, of Middletown, who was arrested for DWAI drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana; and Greg Giordano, 23, who was arrested for DWAI drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree – ecstasy, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
All of them were released on uniform traffic tickets and appearance tickets returning to Wallkill Town Court.

it says they were all released with uniform traffic tickets does that mean all they have is a ticket and once they pay it they have nothing on there record is that possible i thought dwi’s were taken real serious
