There is a judge in Rusk County WI (Eugene D. Harrington) who almost over looks dwi.
Anthony J Prokop has killed 2 people and the judge stayed his sentence. He has 4 separate personal injury by motor vehicle, nine property damages, 11 speeding violations, 2 failure to yield violations, fleeing an officer, an operating after revocation, and 96 traffic related stops. He killed his second victim in 2007 and the judge stayed his sentence.
Roger D Peterson was in court in 2009 for 7th, 8th, 9th dwi and battery to law enforcement officer (as repeater) he to received a stayed sentence.
These guys are both thieves, abusive, and drunks and they get slap on the wrist. How many more will they kill?
What is this judge getting from this?????? State money???? I’m sure that everyone in his court is getting these deals, this is ones I happened to see articles on Google about.
They can make any laws and the judges can ignore!
