« Man gets 7 Years sentence for DWI traffic death
Following an alcohol-related crash in Lafayette, a state district judge has sentenced a 52-year-old Opelousas man to seven years in prison.

Charles Dominick have to pass five years in prison without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of his sentence.
Dominick’s blood alcohol content
It has been said by Prosecutor Daniel Landry on Monday that Dominick’s blood alcohol content was 0.24 at the time of the crash, which occurred in September 2008.
When the accident occurred Dominick was driving a pickup. While driving he struck the rear of a car, pushing the vehicle into U.S. Highway 90 and into the path of another vehicle.
Thirty-six-year-old Paschenell Willis of Carencro was a passenger in the vehicle and he died as a result of this fatal accident.
