« The New DWI Law Takes Effect from Today
The new DWI Law that is considered as the toughest law in the nation goes into effect today in New York State.

According to the new law, a child who is under 16 years old would be charged with a felony to drive a car with a blood alcohol level of .08.
This law is also applied to those who are impaired by drugs. Those who violates could face up to four years in prison.
Anyone sentenced with a DWI would require to install an interlock device, which prevents intoxicated people from driving.
