Rey Maualuga the line backer in Bengals team was arrested for DUI and careless driving on Thursday in Kentucky. In his statement which he given to the police he told that he had consumed six Captain and Coke drinks in the night and in the early hours of the morning he crashed his Pontiac into two parked cars.

Laws call for suspected DUI drivers to concede to breath, blood, or urine testing for blood alcohol content is called “implied consent laws”. Denial for that carries penalties, which include compulsory suspension of the driving license for up to a year.

Shame on you for being charged with DWI, you should know better than driving while being intoxicated and take responsibility of your inappropriate and dismissive action. Know that once being charged for DWI forget about the consideration that there is any chance of claiming ‘not guilty’.

Any driver with blood alcohol level above 0.08 percent will be considered “per se intoxicated” under the Illinois’s law. According to this legislation only this proof is required for a driver to be convicted of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) or Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).

In East Naples the Collier County Police arrested a man for DUI who was riding a bicycle. The Sheriff Office told that a Tampa man was riding on the bike when that 51 year old Tommy Charles Miller was stopped his eyes were red and smell of alcohol was coming from him.

There are so many public service announcements deterring people from driving drunk. Though the Delaware police officers are always looking out for impaired drivers, many agencies are looking up for DUI patrols today, and on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 7, which will be a part of campaign initiated by the Delaware Office of Highway Safety throughout the NFL playoffs.

Minnesota’s Supreme Court had given the judgment for DUI conviction to a man who was sleeping in his car while intoxicated. As the police told in its report the convicted person was sleeping in the car, doors of car were open and keys were lying on the console and from that it was not clear that he had been driving before, the car was parked outside of his apartment.
