Likewise in other states of U.S, the state of South Dakota also considers DUI as a crime. Any DUI criminal is liable to receive the DUI punishments in Arkansas State. As against some of the other states in U.S, the DUI penalties are not that strict in South Dakota State.

In the State of South Carolina, the DUI is also a crime and drivers convicted with DUI charges have to deliver their blood, urine or breathe test for checking BAC levels. The Refusal can lead to license confiscation up to one year. On the whole South Carolina is relatively less strict in giving DUI punishments as compared to couple of other states.

Just like the other states of U.S, in Maine, the DUI is also considered as an offense. Any DUI criminal is liable to receive the DUI punishments in New Jersey State. In comparison to some of the states in U.S, the DUI punishments are not that strict in Maine.
