DUI punishments can also include drowsiness, lack of alertness and feeling of fatigue while driving. If in an accident a personal injury or death happens, punishments can include additional convictions (DUI procedure of verdict).

This chart is shown by graph determined by a specific formula. From this chart one can also find that how a particular amount of concentration of alcohol affects people’s concentration ability while driving. This chart can vary for equal amount of liquor, beer, whisky and wine. The reason for it is the different volumes. That is why the chart is varied on the type of alcohol. There is a national BAC standard for legal alcohol limit. Fines or punishments can be imposed within the DUI laws if any blood sample of any person is above that standard during the accidents.
