In the past two decades the behavior of the Americans has been drastically changed for the young offenders. For underage offenders there is no bail or a jury trial. The only judge has to give the decision about the life of the child. The last hearing is an open to all. Family counseling, necessary summer camp, underage reformatory imprisonment and the community service will be given as a punishment.

Procedure of court for DUI cases is a bit different from other cases. Failing drug or alcohol test or refusing a test can become the reason for filing the DUI case. The defendant party would answer the opening statement of the prosecutor part and then the jury will present the decision. Appeals can also made but in a limited time after the verdict.
