First and most important thing is that, you must understand that once you are asked this question that how much you had to drink that night, you are now become officially the subject of a DWI investigation, so be serious and don’t take it lightly. So here a question might appear in your mind that what you should say when asked if you have had anything to drink.

In regards to DWI conflictions the state of Missouri operates under a per se law. This law states that a person can be arrested by cops for DWI if he or she has blood alcohol content (BAC) tests at .08% or higher. This means that, although your driving might appear safe, but if there is enough alcohol in your system, you can be convicted of a DWI.

Friends from all over the world sent me these road signs that make people feel they are drunk or some thing. they shake their heads and look again. Well, it is not that the drivers are under influence it is just those road signs are made that way. please let me know which road sign did you like most or have seen before. Are thee any legal implications for these signs like you can plead not guilty for dui because these road signs were distorted.
