Man pleads guilty in DUI death of East Dubuque woman »
In October 2008, a McHenry County man has pleaded guilty for that he has killed an East Dubuque woman while that he was driving under the influence of drugs.
On Thursday, Jeffrey Repec, 30, of Spring Grove, has been agreed with the Kane County State’s Attorney to a sentence of 45 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections and he has also agreed for the probation in exchange for a guilty plea to three felony counts of aggravated DUI.
